We will evaluate your case, gather all the evidence and documents you need, and create a report comprising pertinent information about your case so that you can start the procedure. Since every client is unique and no case is the same, we make sure to customize our reports to fit each client’s needs. When you hire us, you get a consultant who will explain to you the entire process and will actively guide you.
The purpose of the evaluation is to determine whether your evidence is sufficient enough to have a chance of winning your case, as well as to assess which level of investigation may be required in order to obtain a complete report. The evaluation includes a company background analysis, an investigation and reports on the company/website of the fraudster (only one company is included in this package), and an evidence analysis where we compare the provided evidence with our findings and point out any discrepancies. Please note that this type of case report can only be drafted after all evidence from the client has been collected. A basic investigation means that most of our research and findings are based on the evidence provided by the client.
After all, analyses are complete, we will provide a full report within 15 business days. In this time all the evidence you have provided us will have been professionally evaluated and analyzed. This report will include an explanation of the fraud and the modus operandi of the company involved, a compilation of the payments and transactions you have initiated with them, information on the company/fraudster, and a tailored strategic plan that entails the recommended steps that you must take in order to achieve your goals.
